Ilgar Hajiyev founded Akkord in Azerbaijan.
2010 · Corporate reorganisation
Akkord Industry Construction Investment Corporation OJSC was registered in August. A publication from 2011 dates Khagani Guluzade’s leadership of the corporation to August 2010.
2013 · Shareholding
In October, Akkord stated that Hajiyev remained a shareholder and had overseen overseas projects since 2010. The company’s statement describes a continuing business connection separately from day-to-day management.
2014 · Remaining Akkord stake
According to AzadlıqRadiosu, Hajiyev’s remaining stake was sold to Darya Valiyev in 2014. The report of a sale does not in itself establish whether the transfer was voluntary.
2010s · Property development in Russia
The next chapter of his business activity involved SDI Group’s property development business in Russia.
