Emanuel Khanum Fund

Ilgar Hajiyev has described the Emanuel Khanum Fund as an initiative intended to improve children’s access to medical care in Azerbaijan and the wider region.

The project outline published on this website proposed supporting that aim through planned sales in California and online of paintings by artist Nazim Hajiyev. It also outlined an intention to support reconstruction in Ukraine. These were the initiative’s stated plans, rather than a report of funds raised or projects completed.
